Forgot your password? No worries! We’re here to help you reset it, whether you’re using the APP or the WEB version. Follow the steps below to resolve this issue quickly.
🔹 How to Reset Your Password on the Web
1️⃣ Go to the login page, enter your email, and click "NEXT".
2️⃣ On the next page, click "Forgot my password".
🔹 Tips to Keep Your Password Secure
Forgetting or losing a password is common. To prevent this issue, follow these Paytrack recommendations:
✔️ Write down your password in a secure place, such as a personal notebook.
✔️ Avoid using obvious and easy passwords, like "123456", "password123", or "paytrack".
✔️ Change your password regularly to enhance your account security.
✔️ Enable two-factor authentication for additional protection.
🔹 Paytrack’s New Password Policy
To enhance security for our users, Paytrack now requires passwords to meet the following criteria:
✅ Minimum of 12 characters
✅ At least one uppercase letter
✅ At least one lowercase letter
✅ At least one number (cannot be sequential)
✅ At least one special character (!@#$%¨&*)
🔹 What to Do If You Don’t Receive the Password Reset Email?
📌 Ensure your email is correctly registered. If it’s not, contact your company’s platform administrator.
📌 Check your "Spam" or "Junk Mail" folder. If the email is there, mark it as "Not Spam" to ensure future messages arrive properly.
📌 If the email is still missing, contact your company’s Paytrack administrator to confirm if your email is correct in the system.
📌 If the issue persists, request a password reset directly from your company’s Paytrack administrator.
