On Paytrack, you can request cancellations online, directly within the report.
Pay attention to two important points to ensure you can make these requests:
1️⃣ The report containing the issued services must have the status "Expense Report"; or, if the TRAVEL flow type is used, cancellation/modification can be requested once the trip is completed.
2️⃣ Your user account must have the "modification/cancellation" permission enabled in the system. To confirm this setting, contact your platform administrator.

1️⃣ On the Paytrack home screen, find the trip you want to cancel.
2️⃣ Once inside your trip, click on "Modify Trip" and then select "Cancel."
3️⃣ Enter a justification and click "Request Changes."
4️⃣ Confirm the cancellation of the travel service by clicking "Confirm."
✅ Once you confirm, your trip will be submitted for cancellation and will later be canceled by the travel agency.
